Hi, 

I've a problem with my RCD 330, 6RF 035 187 E, firmware 5532. 

When I receive a voice message on Whatsapp or Telegram and I press on "play", the car radio stop the music and start with my voice message, but just for 1 second (and not always), then there is no sound/audio anymore, it's mute. My voice message on Whatsapp/Telegram continues to move forward on my phone, but I can't listen the audio. 

I tried many times, but it's impossible to listen the voice messages using bluetooth. And I'm forced to turn bluetooth off and to listen the voice messages from my phone. 

I thought to solve passing from Y510 to 5532 firmware, but I didn't.

I did some troubleshooting - when phone is connected via bluetooth, if you start playing the voice note and then immediately minimise Whatsapp on your phone it continues to play. But if you press play on the voice note and leave Whatsapp open, it stops playing after 2 seconds and starts playing your music again.

Another bit of peculiar behaviour - my car (Tiguan 2012) has auto-stop-start. Whenever the car stops and then restarts, the volume (of anything that is playing other than music) is significantly reduced.
