The new unit plugs in but doesn’t connect properly.

PHey guys,
So I bought the wrong unit then got sent another which is meant to be the correct unit for my 2016 Caddy. The plug fits perfect however I don’t have ignition power.
I do, however have power to the unit if I turn it on with the button.
I don’t have Bluetooth or reverse sensors working as the car doesn’t recognise the unit.
Any help would be great please.

Friend, your car is PQ platform, you need PQ radio, this is MQB Platform radio.
You need to buy a canbus decoder (PQ to MQB decoder) or change radio with PQ version.

RCD360 will perfectly fit to your car including socket.
