Hello, 

I just want to know if there is a firmware update available to my radio that is newer than my current?  

Please see below the system information: 

Device part number: 6RD035187B
Hardware: 036
Software: 0317
Bluetooth: c250 

When I try to hit the "Update software" button, it says there aren't any new updates. 

But is that true? Are there not any ongoing updates available for this radio?

I think that's Desay model and there's no update available for 187B Desay.
Also if you'd have other HU that is updateable, you'd have to have update file on a USB drive (or SD card, not sure)

OK - sad to hear there are no updates available to my device then. 

Yes, I know that I would have to update file on a SD card, but that would be no problem if just there would be some updates available. 

But I guess I must just wait and hope there will be some updates available in the future?
